Print head too low after auto bed level? No error

All of a sudden the P1S with already used filament stored in the AMS with low humidity started “smearing” the filament on the plate. You can see filament on the nozzle, which is brand new (just installed as a possible fix).

The hotend was just replaced with a new one. I have tried multiple different filaments from multiple brands, including Overture and Bambu. Only happened on PLA so far, but I have not tried other filaments since the problem manifested.

All slicer settings are default (except added supports). I have printed hundreds of prints with these exact settings.

Nozzle diameter is .4mm (checked).

Print bed cleaned with soap and water.

Photo shows some overextrusion, but this is the first time I have seen this. Printed with this exact setup with same temperature many times.

Did you select the correct build plates when you sliced (I.e. textured PEI)? Also, have you made sure the the magnetic bed surface is clean?

I selected the textured plate, which is the one I am using and cleaned it with soap and water immediately before this print.

Have you run a calibration on the printer lately? It is recommended to run a calibration after printer maintenance, firmware updates, etc.

I can see also underextrusion at the left side. It sometimes happens if the printer on the uneven surface. Check level with the leveler tool. I was surprised when I have pushed the corners of the printer and everything became ok.

Ran calibration as a troubleshoot for this. It did not fix the issue.

Just did a manual tramming. Will update if it works or not.
