a month or so ago, bambu started recording hours of use as NUMBER OF DAYS. I sw this was posted here somewhere, and noow it seems to be back to HOURS.
BUT, my HOURS, at 1697 hours, is STAYING at 1697 hours, despite it running for the past two days !!
why is thiis not increasing??

My counter increased at the end of a print.
i’ve done multiple prints in past several days.

Can you provide more information about your prints? Are you printing from Bambu Studio, from the Handy app, from the SD card or are you “reprinting” from the display?

today this morning it updated. was 1697, now says 1703.
it was NOT updating earlier in week.
I print from studio, i PRINT PLATE, I SEND, i PRINT AGAIN from machine, i print from SD. same as i’ve done for past 1 year.
only differences are firmware updates, AND ADDITION of AMS-HT unit, which right now is just dehydrating filaments.
As it updated today, i will recheck after the print job i just started, which was PRINT PLATE from bambu studio
after another print job, it again incremented. It SEEMS to be working, i will keep monitoring, see if it relates to power off/power on, etc. I know it was stuck for a while (because the new screen that says “hey, you’ve printed “NNN” hours, what else can we print” did not change value for two days despite printing.
