Print is currently failing. how to avoid layer shifting

Hi
When I checked my P1s this morning, the extruder cover had fallen off because it had hit the component.

I put the cover on and wanted to continue but when it wanted to clean the nozzle it was in the wrong place. Currently my printed piece looks good and i paused my print.

Is there a way to recalibrate X and Y when printing is paused?

If you press on the green printer Icon than the home icon it will fix this but may hit the part when doing for the z axis so not advised. I think if you manually move the toolhead from the app then after you resume print it will fix only x and y axis
