Any advice on what could be the root problem here. I’m attempting to print a coin, however no matter what configuration I do this blue and black don’t seem to want to stick to each other. They’re both Bambu pla matte.
Are you able to provide the model for review? Only thing I can think of is the black ring being higher/taller than the center, effectively making the center a floating bridge, and that can be very hard to print.

I tried to print your model in both PLA and PETG-HT, and both worked fine.
You can try to print it with the text facing down onto the plate. This works best with a smooth pei plate.

If I had used a 0.2 nozzle, the quality of the text would be better.
There are small asymmetric parts of the design I notice, as the center white ring not having uniform width, and the text curvature not exactly following the ring curvature, but this has nothing to do with your problem printing the model.
What are your settings?
Bed temp for first layers?
Model of printer?
Filament is Bambu matt PLA? Are both the white and black Bambu matt PLA?
Nozzle temp?

Interesting, i appreciate you for printing the model on your end to test it. I have corrected the asymmetrical problem and will be attempting to print again. My running theory now that I know that the model isn’t corrupt is that the filament was wet and not wanting to stick to one and other. I have since dried the black and blue filament and will be attempting to print again.
I used BambuLab filament and standard print settings, just as they were in your 3mf file.
If you are using 3.part filament, it might be the temperature setting that is too low.
