Print PLS with TPU on top - 1 layer

I have been struggling with this fro several days. I have read in many places that TPU will not work in the AMS, so I have been trying to print the first layers, and the last layer from the outside single spool in TPU. It ain’t working.

Any ideas? Should I try the TPU in the AMS?

It very much depends on the TPU"s hardness. 68D (I think) can be printed from the AMS, 95A feom the rear spool. For softer filaments like the 90A or 85A, Bambu published some additional information.
