I was looking through my (very few) messages a few minutes ago and saw my only model was taken down:
I’m very confused because it does have a real print image, and I’m not sure why this happened.
Why did it get taken down??
Did you check the box to indicate it was a real photo when you posted it on MW?
Yep, I think so. This was my first print profile, so I hope I didn’t do anything wrong. 
The same picture can’t be used on two seperate accounts, that same picture is being used on this model:
Are you both listing the same model? There are no “colabs” like that on Makerworld where two people list the same model.

yeah, we are both listing the same model. He’s my irl friend. They should definitely add collabs, though. But how is this related to my (our) model being taken down?

I just removed it a few minutes ago.
It’s probably automated. Why does this happen? I have a theory: the image has probably already been uploaded to another profile, right?
The system probably recognises this as the same content, size and metadata.
You would have had to take a completely new photo that is not yet stored in the database. As already mentioned, the model was uploaded twice? Probably with the same 3mf file? Actually, you’ve already been told this, I’m just writing here as additional context that this probably happens automatically.
It’s probably not about the photo itself, but rather that everything was uploaded twice. You would now have to delete all the old entries, rename everything, take new photos, and then upload them again. But this time only once.

The people here can give you constructive advice that will help make you a successful creator on Makerworld. I can give you two tidbit of advice just based on what we know right now, then please answer two questions that will help us tell you how to proceed.
Preliminary advice:
- That model is on several accounts, more than just you and your friends. That’s because it’s a free asset from Tinkercad. Remove it and don’t do that any more.
- Don’t co-post anything with you and your friend.
Questions:
- What are your goals? Be honest, even if it’s “to get a free printer”:.
- Do you currently have a printer? ANY printer?

- Ok, I won’t post the same thing on 2 different accounts.
- My goals are to print/design a bunch of cool things, and win contests on Makerworld! And yes, I would like to get a free printer and filament.
- I do have a printer at my house, (it’s an X1C) but I’m running into all sorts of problems. The 2 main problems are it’s not sticking to the print bed, (I ran out of glue) and it keeps hitting the side and getting stuck. Video here. It only has about 100 print hours!
Besides this printer, there’s 2 really awful printers at my school (they don’t even heat the print bed, which have tape all over it) and are super inaccurate.
There’s several printers at my library, but I don’t usually go there.
Finally, a few of my friends have Bambu printers.
Tinkcad has free models and shapes. That die is one of them. It’s also on MANY other people’s accounts on MW.
Your goals are definitely achievable but it’s going to take time and hard work. Pick a CAD program and start learning it. There are several threads here debating which ones are the best. Start modeling and practice, practice practice. Go on the inspiration tab on your MakerWorld account and you can see the top searches. Try and stay ahead of the game, think about holidays and events that are a few months out.
About the X1C, you shouldn’t need glue to print PLA. Are you scrubbing the build plate? Check this out:
About the video, have you installed any mods on the printer? Light bar? Filament guide going in to the print head? If you look in the chamber can you see anything in the front left corner it could be getting caught on after it cuts the filament?

As in you did not create the model. Posting CC models (though not explicitly against the rules) is a scummy thing to do. What is the point of doing that? What are you adding to the community? Just some questions for thought.

A free printer is going to be a very long way away if that is your goal. Start small and make things that you like. Even if they are basic. Make something original. Money should not be the goal. The payment should be the enjoyment you get.

Have you opened a support ticket? Have you run a full calibration? Have you gotten any error messages? Have you tried unplugging it and plugging it back in?
Those problems should not be happening on a 100 hour machine if not for user error or getting a lemon. Except cleaning your build plate correctly and leveling the bed. That’s on you.

It says the filament isn’t getting cut.
Also, I’ve noticed that whenever I move the print head manually over to the side, it gets more stiff the closer I get, so I don’t think it’s getting caught in anything.

What’s a support ticket?
I’ve ran each of the calibrations 1-2 times. I’ve gotten lots of error messages: failed to cut the filament, printer head cover fell off, tag on the build plate not detected, build plate not aligned correctly, etc.
I wash my build plate with soap and water all the time! (usually when it get’s too much glue on it.) I’m also careful not too touch where it prints on the build plate.
Not sure how you define “cool” but that die ain’t it. Also, let’s have a look at the image under your model, which is the same your used for you print profile probably…
…are you honestly saying that his is a picture of the actual print that come off of your printer? It appears to be floating.

You just asked last week what CAD to learn on. You can reach your goal but be patient. It takes time to learn something. You can share what you create along the way but do it the right way by only uploading what you create.

This is how it should look when the filament is cut. You can check to see if anything is bent.

You’re doing a great job posting a video, that’s always good for finding problems. 
Is there anyone else in your family who can help you? Friends, colleagues, parents? Perhaps now would be a good time to ask someone in your family for help.
Can you ask them for help?
On makerworld > hover over profile > support tickets > Fill one out
It is slow and there are other troubleshooting steps you can take but that should be the first step. Anyways this is a different conversation than the print profile.
There’s an old saying, “Putting the cart before the horse”… It means you might be getting carried away and you should slow down a little. We were all new at one point but usually the “design my own models” stage comes a little later in the progression. Learn everything you can on the print end before you jump in to the design end.
A support ticket is something you open with Bambu so they can help you diagnose a problem. You didn’t answer my question about installing any mods that might be stopping the print head going all the way to the front left.
