Print Quality - Bumps/Blobs between layers

Hi - having an issue with the printing on the back of this plate. It consistently prints with bumps/blobs on it, looks to happen in the middle layers rather than the first layer. Any tips for correcting the slicer? I have “avoid wall crossing” turned on.

What brand and type of filament are you using? That may be a moisture problem.

Deeplee. Rapid PLA+.

Bizarrely its printed all other items in red today ok. I ll put the dryer on tonight anyway.
