Two issues
first one - weird behaviour on the corner. Item is 220x220. Not sure which corner this happened at but i think it might be front left. Never had the issue before.
second one - weird top surface, very rough and in the corners only. Pretty consisten behavious with all filaments
Any idea what the issue is?

Could this be the part warping (shrinking) and lifting slightly off the build plate in the affected corner?
no issues with bed adhesion that I saw, at least not with this print.
The wavy texture is still present in the reprint but the corner didnt happen again
Very large prints, bonding well to the build plate are able to warp while pulling the edges of the build plate off the heat bed. So I would not discount the warping root cause just yet.
Halving the layer height (except the first!), should reduce warping significantly. If it does not reduce the edge ripples, troubleshooting will be much more difficult.
I hadnt considered the build plate lifting. i will give it a go
