Hi, for the past two days I haven’t been able to make good prints. Breaks are appearing in the prints and the supports. Especially in the corners of squares. Circles from the supports are getting a break somewhere inside the circle. (see the attached photo) I also printed with 3dBenchy, but as you can see in the photo, this also produces a rough print.
I have already performed a Nozzle and cold pull clean multiple times. I printed with Marble PMA from Bambu Lab and thought that might be the cause, but the problem persists with other PLA from BambuLAB as well. What could be causing this and how do I fix it?
Thanx in advance!
Welcome to the forum.
Looks to me like your calibration is incorrect. When a printer doesn’t print at the end of a movement (in your case the outside corner) it is normally that the Flow dynamics value is incorrect.
Have you tried a factory reset and flow dynamics calibration? Blow is the wiki explaining this if you haven’t done this before.
Pick a stock filament profile that closely matches the filament you are using and try a test print without any customized values. Don’t try to calibrate anything at first.
Just use the default printer profile and a default filament profile (that matches what filament you are using) and use a default print profile. Then try to print a small benchy print again.
If I had to guess. the white one looks like you put “2” in your Pressure Advance instead of 0.02.
The benchy one looks like a troll AI photo of a terrible printer setup?
The problem was solved afted adjusting the belt and a factory reset. Quit strange it happened at once, bud happy to print again.
