Print Speed/Total Time

This may not be the most appropriate category for this question, but here goes.

I designed some coasters withe Maker Lab make my sign tool. Each one takes just over 3 hours to print. A plate of 9 takes just under 24 hours.

Anyone have any idea if this is an optimal set up? Am I missing something? Is this just the speed of things?

Using Ziro PLA high speed black and Geeetech PLA gold.

yeah, flat stuff takes a lot of time for the perceived volume of the object. You can try with less top/bottom layers to reduce the time

Yeah, I didn’t realize I had like 7 top layers and 5 bottom layers. I changed infill to 10% and now it’s down to like 13 hours for 9.

it could be even less bottom layers, 3 and 5 top is ok

You might find turning the ironing option off, as that accounts for the majority of the time spent printing, its not really needed if the image is printed facing the print bed.
