I hope that’s the right place to post a bug report I noticed quite long time ago.
When I just got my A1 Mini in summer Bambu Studio was working perfectly - open .3mf, change printer to A1 Mini, click “sync filaments” - done. No issues whatsoever.
But there was one partuclar update, unfortunately I don’t remember the exact version, but I think it was somewhere in autumn, where the behavior has changed. Now every time I click on “sync filaments” I see this stupid dialog “printer not connected”. Of course if I do extra click to devices tab, wait half second, return back and alick it again, everything works. But man, that’s so annoying! And it was working perfectly fine! I do not change printers, I only have one, it’s always “connected” whatsoever.
Could you please reconsider the change done in that update and revert to old behavior, I don’t know, maybe the printer detection and “connection” was always happening in the background? Because now it’s very annoying! Thanks!
P.S. After doing a little search in forum, this sounds exactly the issue I was also having Bambu Studio 2.3.0.70 Lost my Printer connection - after that update I indeed had to reconnect printer and I struggled with it, I remember. Maybe this will help to narrow down the root cause…
