So when my Printer (a1) is idling or printing the Display turns on around 2-3 minutes after it went to sleep. It does this continuously and will not stay off.
(i changed the screen timeout to 5min but it still turns on after 2-3 min)

So i downgraded the a1 firmware and also did a factory reset but this did not help. is this just normal or is my printer faulty?
Try checking whether the nozzle is heated.
Or do you live in a very damp area? If the printer is malfunctioning, check the helper bot thingy in the bottom right.
the nozzle is cold my printer is sitting there doing nothing and the display turns on without me interacting with it.
Does the switch move?
Is the printer already turned on? Also, what voltage do you use?
yes the printer is on and i use 230V
Ooh so the printer is already on, Maybe it is like the Apple devices and knows when you are coming?

Try opening the back cover and then look for 2 red leds. If one is blinking every second and the other is constant then that isn’t the problem.
the back cover of the display or somewhere else? sorry im new to this printer and havent played much around with it.
The back cover of the tool head so like the hotend area.
I opened and there is one green led shining the whole time without printing anything the printer is just turned on and is on idle

Is the printer up to date?
yes its on 01.04.00.00 (i tried downgrading it and also did a factory reset. nothing helped)
