I have a Bambu lab p1s! the nozzle is not clogged. I know because I extruded this morning. Prior to the clicking, it hadn’t been extruding during printing, but I could extrude manually, so a clog was out of the picture. But now, the extruder will turn normally, then start clicking. I am using polymaker polymax pla. Do you have any ideas?
Have you tried taking the extruder apart to clean and inspect the gears and the parts that grip the filament?

No, I haven’t. I was kind of hoping that that wasn’t the only way to fix it. Is that the best way to fix it? Thank you for your reply
I cannot 100% for certain it is the problem. It is not difficult to do and it would at least eliminate a possibility.
