hi
I’m have a p1s printer with a AMS for the last 2 weeks whenever i print the printer sends the printer head all the way to the rear and starts trying to push it past the stops till the belt starts slipping for about 5 sec. then movers the printer head to the front right trying to push it past the stops again till the belt starts slipping. this happens on random layer heights and times. and they are no error messages on the screen.
my printer is not connected to the internet so i transfer everything by micro USB. and i cannot add it to the internet because of how the subscription works.
What’s wrong with it and how do i fix it?
What subscription? An internet subscription?
Also, can you send any pictures, videos, or files showing your problem in more depth?
Sounds like the g code you are trying to print is incorrect or not sliced for the correct printer.
Do you have this issue when you try to print one of the files what came on the printer like the benchy?
I’m a little confused as the P1S doesn’t have micro USB?
they could have a panda touch, which has a usb drive
dont know what to say but my p1s has a slot for a micro usb above the screen
sorry about been unclear live in a shared house and to get the internet you have to go through a web site could never get my printer to connect to the wifi
got a vid of it happening
its happening to different prints
i have uninstalled baboo labs and reloaded it making sure its the most recent
You mean micro-SD not USB
You might try a different/micro SD card as it seems like perhaps yours is corrupting gcode data? They do fail especially if you are doing lots of time-lapse/video recordings.
I would format the SD card and try again. I had a corrupted card that was making weird things happen.
thank you got a new card it seemed to have worked
