Hey all was hoping someone can advise whats happening here, im using bambu lab pla which has always been great, but every time i print this groove pattern i get the same issue.
Looks like you need to dry out your filament… is it a brand new spool? I’d run a test with a brand new spool out the box to make sure.
Possible and worth a go but i printed this part last night without issue, i can only think its something to do with the groove lines being thinner but not sure how to resolve it .
Well after all that I clicked on detect thin walls and thats solved it touch wood , gonna do a few more trial prints before I sign it off as resolved, fingers crossed.
