After I received my new A1 printer processed under warranty since the last one had the same problem. We keep having this error and I want to rule out that it is a human factor error, the quality I am getting here is horrible.
Did you do a flow ratio and k-factor calibration?
Yes, both calibrations have been done, it seems strange to me that this happens with all the filaments.
It is indeed and usually I would say this indicates hardware issues.
With the filament sorted I just assume you started with the hardware calibration to sort out the vibration compensation and such.
Unless you skipped this part I would say what the support has to say about returning a printer that shows the exact same issue as the one they deemed had a hardware issue…
I had the same issues with Matte PLA prints and had to tune everything using Orca Slicer, got rid of it all but now I’m having other issues.
What do you mean by adjusting with Orca Slicer? What steps did you follow? It would be good to know them in order to solve the problem.
Oh sure,
First, use the calibration menu on Bambu Lab to calibrate and store the settings on your filament profiles.
Then run the Temperature, Max flow rate and VFA calibrations in Orca
