Most of the plates are printing without issue, but I’m having trouble with the Fan stage 1, 2 & 3. The first few layers seem to print ok, then one or two of the blades will detach from the print bed (Textured PEI plate). I have tried them multiple times, moved them to different spots on the bed, etc., but nothing seems to be working. I’m using Bambu Labs Matte PLA and using the profile settings downloaded with the model. Any ideas on what else I can try to get these to print correctly?

Additionally, some photos are helpful.
Note that some files have a small surface of contact with the bed sheet and, thus, are more prone to unsticking. Ensure that the sheet is properly clean. Do you have any alternative sheet?
Concerning the filament, have you been successful with the same filament in other parts? If not, try drying it.

I did clean the textured sheet with IPA, but that didn’t help the issue. I definitely printer other parts with this same PLA and they printed with no issues. I’m wondering if a raft or brim would help?
Even if it is not the cause, try it with mild water and dish soap. Let it dry, and don’t touch it with your bare hands. I also use IPA, but mostly between prints if needed.
Regarding naming, your model differs from the ones (updated and older versions) in MW. I wonder if there isn’t something else different.
In addition to starting with a clean plate, I’ve had excellent success keeping parts stuck while printing by using Bambu Liquid Glue. It’s easy to apply using the built-in foam applicator head and any residue washes right off when you clean the plate using dish soap and water. It also helps finished parts pop off the plate once cooled.
I am having issues with Plate 1. I have printed almost all other plates without issue but the fan blades are not printing correctly. It appears that all blades are not printing the same supports. I am using an A1 mini. I have attempted three times with two different filaments
I can’t speak about this model but I printed quite a few fans over the years.
If the fan is not designed with the struggles of FDM in mind it is always a pain.
One option I found working is to split the fan in half as usually the mid sections are much stronger and with less of an angle.
Quite a pain to glue them back together though.
Another trick I used at times is to create a meaningful base.
Wasteful but offers the best level of support for flimsy blade profiles that curve up quickly.
I do this by basically extruding the bottom face down for the blades to acts as a support wall.
Where they meet I reduce the profile to extrusion width, which makes it easy enough to cut them off the blades.
For really thin profiled blades there is always the ABS cheat…
If you create a raft using ABS and ensure the G-code for the first PLA or PETG layer of the model is hot enough you can fuse them together.
Dunk in Acetone over night and use a tight fitting lid and you should get a reasonably clean result that requires little after work.
