Have you noticed this on any other model?
Test 1.
For a test to rule things out, do the following.
- Create a new build plate in Bambu Studio.
- Right-click the build plate and add a primitive cube
- Resize the cube to be 30mmx30mm and 2cm taller than the problem area on you model
Print this.
If it is mechanical, the issue should also occur on this basic model.
Test 2
- Rotate the model 180° and reprint.
Which side is the damage on?
Should you need to contact support, these two tests will inform them you have attempted to rule out the issue.
Either way, it will provide more answers to work with.
If it looks like it isn’t z-rod damage and the issue stays in the same place from the second test; providing the model here might allow us to review it for potential geometry issues that might cause the issue.
