Hello everyone, i have problem with my new A1, it has around 90-100 hours.
I have this problem and i dont know how to fix it, its new printer. Left is my old A1 and on right is my new A1. It has some weird lines, everytime on two same spots. Its printed on side.
It was printed like this:
Also today i tried to clean Y axis and lubricate it, before that i realized that bed is not moving smoothly, i was moving it wirh hands fast and it has like 2 spots where i can fell like it skip, like bump. I can fell on two places tum tum, probably first pair wheels hit something and after that second pair hits same. Its only a little bit, i can barely feel it when i move it, i need to move faster to fell it. And also bed is moving harder than on my old A1.
My old A1 is working fine and when i move bed everything is smoth.
I cleaned it, lubricated it and took some parts from filament which fall in and also vacuum it but its still same.
Also i saw that i can’t put this till it align, i mean left and right side are not on same level. Im talking about this, possible not the problem but yeah.
When i was assembling it i couldn’t make it same on both sides, left side sems good but right side cant fit fully in printer body.
