Printing problems after maintenance

Hello, I recently bought a p1s and a week later I decided to lubricate the screws.
After lubrication, there were problems with printing.The part was printed as if crookedly,
at first I thought that I had somehow damaged the table during lubrication . But then I checked, the table was flat,
I did a test, I printed a sheet in one layer and this is what happened.


The surface is rough around the edges, closer to the middle it becomes normal.
I noticed that the belt goes up and down

I checked the adjustment point on the back cover, there was this.



Could this be a problem?
if so, how can I solve it?

One week seems extremely premature for needing maintenance. That is at most 168 hrs of printing. Did you reference the P1S maintenance wiki when performing the maintenance?

The “adjustment points” on the back are for belt tensioning. The wiki will walk you through belt tensioning procedure along with other items.

Is the picture of the print as printed on the build plates? It is right at the edge of the build plate where the bed heating may not be as desired. It appears to have some warp/bed adhesion issues which could be caused by being so close to the edge.

Have you tried scrubbing the built plate with dish soap and water?

Hello, I scrubbing it, the result has not changed.

@blchandl2 summed it up perfectly. Maint is not needed. Likely problem on that test is the heat. Even more so if you left the door open. Follow the advice to adjust the belt tension per wiki.

Out of curiosity what did you mean by crooked print?

As far as the belts and slipping. I would probably not worry about unless the slippage was on the toothed sprocket rollers. The reason being those are timing belts and that the controller determines toolhead position by knowing how far belt has moved. That count being accurate is based on the belt and toothed sprocket If the belt slips on the sprocket that caused the controllers math calculation to be wrong. The smooth sprockets don’t factor into that calculation.
The wiki is your friend.
@blchandl2 is correct about servicing after a week is premature. use the wiki articles as a starting guide but factor in how many hours you are putting on the printer
Don’t create extra work for yourself.

Another question. Did you have the printer do a self calibration after you performed the maintenance? It is a good practice to run a self calibration whenever you perform maintenance on the printer.

I don’t hear anything obvious in the video.

My biggest question is what maintenance did he really do. Lubing the Z-screws or rods would not cause problems.

If things were fine BEFORE you started wrenching on the printer, the cause of the trouble was you wrenching on the printer. Undo what you did.

perhaps I realized my mistake, I watched the maintenance video and noticed that liquid oil should be applied to the guides of the y and z axes instead of thick grease.

That’s why it’s always a good idea to read the manual before starting maintenence if you are not familiar with 3D-printers from before.

Thick grease only on the lead screws, nothing else.^

Now you have the problem that the grease might be everywhere it shouldn’t be so do a nice cleanup again. Don’t think the thick grease will hurt the system but it for sure attracts dirt and that may cause problems.
