Hi folks — no problems connecting via LAN to the printer; the model shows up on the SD card in the Device view; camera is working; I can remotely load filament… but I can’t print anything via the Studio on desktop (macOS Sonoma 14.7.8).
As the title says, I’m seeing “N/A” in all of the fields in the Printing Progress section of the Device tab.
Printer and version in the title. Thanks for any suggestions!
No problems printing by choosing the model on the printer itself; Studio also correctly shows status once that’s been done.

Like this?
This is normal when the printer is idle.
When you slice the model in Studio, are you using the “Print Plate” button in the top right hand corner of the Prepare/Preview tab?
Thanks @JonRaymond — sorry, I’ve been unclear.
This occurs when trying to print over LAN using the Storage → Model → Print → Send workflow. Studio tells me that it’s sending the job to print, dumps me into the Device window, and then doesn’t do anything.
Printing via the Cloud works, but that’s not a solution, it’s an alternative. Studio provides a way to print from device storage, it should work.
I don’t have an A1 but I can’t replicate your problem with Studio 2.2.2.56 and a P1S. The Storage → Model → Print → Send workflow starts the print.
