While printing TPU I keep getting a error message saying that the extrusion resistance is abnormal and that the nozzle might be clogged. But the print seems fine and when I press Resume it prints fine until I get the same error message again.
Material is Stratasys TPU 92A (fully dried), used a new 0,4mm nozzle, printbed is levelled and cleaned, etc.
Nozzle is clear and I’m using a new nozzle so I didn’t do a cold pull.
I am using the bypass in the rear.
It’s working a lot better now that I increased the temperature with 10 degrees and reduced the flow by a little.
This could also be that you are forcing to much filament out of the nozzle (to high flow ratio).
I get this with PEBA 95A if I go over 1.0 in flow ratio.
