Hi everyone!
I’m still quite new to 3D printing. I’ve already made a few prints on a makerbot at work and have now bought a Bambu Lab P1S Combo myself. Unfortunately, the first print from the pre-installed SD card was a disappointment. Unfortunately, I don’t know the technical vocabulary for this type of error, so I’m also finding it very difficult to find solutions. It looks like spaghetti to me
The first layer is still printed without errors, but after that the filament obviously loses its adhesion.
I have only printed with the out-of-the-box settings of the P1S so far and have had the same problem 3 times already. I assume the problem is known in the community and hope for some advice. Pictures attached. Thank you, Klaus
Could you have possibly used the Support filament that came with the printer? This mistake has been accidently made before by others.

If not, what filament are you using?
OMG of course I did use the support PLA
Thank you for this hint. I would never have thought of it - I have just thrown away the packaging. I hope that explains the poor quality of the benchy. I was really confused cause the spiral vase that i just printed with the green PLA is perfect clean.
Thank you!
