Yesterday I read different posts on this forum on similar issues and one of the suggestions was to increase the bed temperature so i did some tests today increasing the temp of the bed of 5° for each test and some results were promising since with a temperature of 80° the result was way better but still not perfect and going above the result was worse.

Then I tried the same model but scaled up (except for layer height that is still at 0.06mm per layer) with a bed temp at 80° but the result was bad as you may see in the following image
Originally the model had layers of 0.08mm to be printed with a 0.4 nozzle but even in that case the prints were not perfect, good but not perfect and i suspect that the problem may be the same.
From what I’ve seen I think the layer height is too low which may cause issues like this, if you’ve got a 0.4 nozzle lying around I suggest switching to that or raise the height to around 0.1mm-0.15mm, if you’re using a Generic PLA you should also check what plate it might need because sometimes (might be wrong) the plate might be incorrect for it.

You are probably right, I have already printed the project with a 0.4 nozzle with layers of 0.08 (which is the minimum possible with that nozzle) and with that, the print is fine, not perfect but reasonable…
I have done lots of testing…
the project needs to have 3 layer total, 2 for strenght of the print and the last one for the pattern;
I tried 2 layers total only 1 for the base and 1 for the pattern and the final result it’s lighter and more flexible but also more fragile (that is why i need 2 layer for the base)
I my mind the solution was to print the model with 3 layer total as thin as possible, doing this I would get a final model that is resistent, flexible and light and would be perfect but the printer seems to not like that idea…
And about the plate as I said the 0.4 prints fine so i doubt is a plate problem but I will still try on another just to be sure…
The solution was to heat up the bed at 80° and also reduce the speed of the print, the result was pratically perfect for both bambu pla matte and sunlu pla matte… slightly better with the bambu filament but not relevant.
In the end I didn’t try another plate because I found the solution before.
