What’s the best way to proceed when someone posts a model that well, doesn’t work as intended and the creator seems uninterested in suggestions, or feedback, basically just looking for what appears to be download points and print points.
I made my own model, which did work and posted it on MakerWorld, I guess now I just wait to see how it’s received.
Well, he does have some 5 star reviews, although some people have commented they had problems threading fittings into the model, which is what I ran into. However, I just read the community guidelines, so I guess, just putting my model out there and letting MakerWorld choose is all I can do.
I actually wrote an article explaining why some pc4-m10 using models do not work and pointed to a reddit article explaining why. As for my comment, I will probably go back and add some substance, maybe the reddit a reddit link if I can. Also, photos do not always show what I think the problem is, and I don’t know what other are deeming an acceptable print, I print a lot of threaded models, so I have some pretty high standards. What I think might be a 3 could be viewed by someone else as a 5. Anyway, I will probably make more of my own models of this variety and not look on MakerWorld.
