Hello community
I am new here and have had my new X1C in operation for 3 days. It runs and prints perfectly.
But since this morning it gets stuck when switching on and does not start.
Only the BambuLab-Logo can be seen on the screen and a red LED flashes behind the poopshot. Another one lights up permanently at the back of the hotend.
On the AMS, all 4 LEDs light up white, which is normal.
I installed the latest firmware on the printer during commissioning.
Does anyone know the problem or how to solve it?
Video/photo document the situation, and submit a ticket with those, including logs, to customer support at Bambu.
It looks like the inserted SD card caused the problem. It seems to be defective. Card removed - printer starts up again.
