Problem with... the extruder?

I have a P1S printer that I’ve been using without problems since May of this year. I always print with Bamboo PLA Basic.

Now I’ve run into a problem that’s driving me crazy.

I used a spool of PLA (which I assume was defective) and it jammed the extruder and the hotend.

I disassembled everything and cleaned it thoroughly, but it still wasn’t working properly. Finally, I opted to completely replace the extruder gears and thr hotend, and although it’s now extruding the filament, it’s not printing correctly: when it needs to fill a layer, the filament doesn’t reach the edge.

I’ve attached some photos so you can better understand what I’m trying to explain:

I’ve also tried new filament spools, other types of filament, a new textured PEI plate… Always the same result.

Can anyone help me with this problem?

As @lkraus said, this is an issue with incorrect Factor K values. Check that the decimal point is in the correct place as this is a common pitfall.

A factory reset will clear this value if for some reason you can’t or haven’t adjusted it.

You’re both right.

In the last calibration, I mistakenly entered 0.3 instead of 0.03 (I omitted the zero after the decimal point).

I deleted the incorrect calibration profile, and it seems to be working correctly now.
