I have an A1 with AMS lite. I installed the update and all of a sudden my nozzle is scraping the build plate. How can I rectify this? Printed fine previous to update.
You can revert to the previous firmware version via the Handy app. Before you do that, try a factory reset and see if that solves the issue as this will often rectify odd issues like this. Als be sure to power cycle the printer.
