Problems on Outer Walls

Hello everyone,
I’m having an issue with the outer walls of my prints. It doesn’t happen all the time, and I haven’t figured out what the problem is.

In this print, it printed the main object along with a print tower. The finish on the tower is perfect, but the finish on the main object is not on the outer walls.

What can I do to improve it?

Do a pressure advance (K factor) calibration for this black filament, using the same printing speed/accel profile.

Check the speed the tower is printing compared to the object.
