Problems with filament extrusion ( I think? )

So I got my printer 3 weeks ago, and since now It worked flawlessly, every time I got nice prints in short time. But today I’ve started to see some wierd artifacts during prints. I’m new to 3d printing, so i don’t know much, but from how it looks, I think those problems are somehow connected to extrusion. I’m posting pics below.

1. Printing on bambu basic PLA, using basic PLA settings in slicer.
2. Using 0.16mm High quality profile@BBL A1. 0.4 nozzle.
3. I was swaping between 0.2 and 0.4 nozzle, but I’ve ensured that extruder is secured, and there are no loose screws in extruder.

Just did an an exchange for one of x1’s doing the same thing, honestly looks like bed leveling issue/un even bed. didnt want to fix something i could return but i think thats the issue
