Problems with print (0.08mm layer, pla basic, 0.4 nozzle)

Hello, I have printed the following file from makerworld with the supplied settings.
however, the print has a few problems:

Printer: A1
Nozzle: 0.4mm stainless
Filament: Bambu PLA basic

https://makerworld.com/en/models/252373?from=search#profileId-268741

some corners lift up from the bed.
one side lifted up and is now horribly distorted. I suspect that the nozzle hits the part.

some of the ironing surfaces show defects.

what causes these problems?
How can I avoid these. I tried printing some animal models with low layer height and ran into the problem of the nozzle hitting the print.
prints with 0.2 I have no problems.

Welcome to the forum.

Lifting is normally a result of poor bed adhesion. Clean your bed with dish soap and hot water. Give it a really good scrub and be sure not to touch the build surface with your fingers as the oils cause poor bed adhesion.
