I don’t understand why suddenly I have issues with the Bambu PLA support filament.
It sticks now very hard to the PLA and is almost impossible to remove from for example drill holes.
I never faced these issues before.
Can this be a moisture problem inside the AMS?
Moisture is about 25% inside the AMS.
I can post support settings. I use here the default settings from Bambu studio after selecting the Support filament. For example Z-offset is changed to 0 automatically.

I just tried a testprint with Z-Offset = 0,15mm instead of 0mm and its also super sticky and not possible to remove.
I will also try to dry the support filament more. It is already inside my AMS, but maybe the silica gel is already saturated. I have no idea
You specified your printer rather than the problem which is unlikely the printer. Maybe edit the category (pencil near title) to filaments or something more suited.

Moisture is probably an issue as you state it used to be better.
Many people look at the AMS humidity and think that is related, it isn’t.
Think of the AMS as a fridge, it will slow down bacteria, but given time, you get mouldy food.
The AMS does its best to keep a uniform humidity, with silica gel inside, it lasts longer, but it cannot stop moisture from becoming a problem. It will not suck out all the moisture of damp filament placed in it.
Drying sounds like your solution.

I know what you are thinking, but o didn’t come up with those obvious delimiters.
The original which was likely in your printer at purchase worked.
The new version you can buy works better.
In my own tests, the old worked well on flat contact points, whereas the new also works far better with curved contacts, think the underside of a bridge.
The AMS only slows down how long it takes before the filament needs to be dried again, it doesn’t permanently prevent it from reabsorbing moisture. For that to work, the AMS would need to have a hermetic seal when closed. Which it most definitely does not have.
Supports stick because moisture in the filament causes over-extrusion.
Having the same problem. It is NOT a drying issue. I’ve dried the filaments (support and pla being used). Something is definitely off with the support filament.
“New” is the current PLA/PETG support material. This stuff is absolute garbage and will not release, even when using a razor blade to separate from the print.
“Old” is the previous support material labeled for PLA only. That stuff worked PERFECTLY!

Man I am having problems with support material. It will not extrude properly. I have dried it for two days in the Ams 2 and a day in an AmS HT. I have been drying and using actually 2 different spools of PLA support as on is low and the second would be backup.
I started with PLA Silk as the filament for the part, then tried PLA Metal, then PETG HF all with the same results.
Most of the time it appears to be normal on the purge tower but then just acts like oil and water attempting to tack to the part.
Six attempts. Three different materials and two different spools of support.
Any ideas because the AI assistants are useless when you ask why the support material won’t stick LOL.

It’s completely unusable. I’ve tried heat guns that can be tuned to a single degree C, razors, screwdrivers, tree style support all junk! They should return your money as much as their filament costs
