There is filament in the PTFE tube to the printhead. The printhead has a sensor at the top input. There is another sensor at the back of the printer that detects whether filament is present.
Either the filament spool was empty or the filament is broken. You need to remove the filament from the bowden from the printhead to the back of the printer.

Es befindet sich Filament im PTFE-Schlauch zum Druckkopf. Der Druckkopf hat am Eingang oben einen Sensor. Hinten am Drucker ist noch ein Sensor, der erkennt ob Filament vorhanden ist.
Entweder war die Filamentspule leer oder das Filament ist gebrochen. Sie müssen das Filament aus dem Bowden vom Druckkopf zum hinteren Teil des Druckers entfernen.
