Thanks ‘Coffee pot’ or should I say ‘pot coffee’ 
I checked the ‘rims’ of the spool and found a couple of rough spots. It seemed like a solid plastic spool otherwise. I filed/sanded them down and the spool turn now better in the rollers. We will see. I guess using a non-BambuLab spool is a bit of a gamble. I will try to get a re-spooler or use a Y-splitter in the back to use OEM filaments/spools that give me trouble on the back hanger,
