Can anyone help with this, prints just finished but wont allow me to rate , first time this happened ( a cpl of weeks ago) i had to reprint the object again

this usally happens, when a print stopped or had massive ( from the printer detected faliures).
Otherwise there may be a bug with the rate system, and it will be fixed soon.
Also, you don’t have to rate via. bambu studio.

Thanks, but as you will see with the images the print finished 100% successfully, both times and the rating from studio claims its already been rated successfully
the question concerning rating from studio is to ask if it will become the new default way to rate a print , preventing malicious rating of designs
so more just a query to see if it is related to upcomin updates
Edit studio also allows rating by the plate , rather than by an overall design.
There is an annoying bug that causes a perfectly successful print to register as a failure.
I have experienced this myself when trying to rate and far too many times when receiving ratings.
Users unfortunately still rate the models as they believe it is ride not to and are unaware that rating 3-stars shows as a failure and stops designers be rewarded for their successful prints.
The safest thing to do when you experience this issue is to write a comment of praise and tell them you can’t rate due to the bug.
I have reported several instances of this when kind people believe they are doing the best they can and in the process cause the designer problems.

I was going with user error / print cancelled not being over written correctly
Please @BambuLab stop letting new users rate models. A lot of users are probably fake. some trying to bring down others to promote themselves or friends. only users over a certain level or a certain amount of printing time should be alowed to rate model !
