A friend purchased a spool of PolyLite PETG Clear from Amazon for me to print a couple of his models. Since this is not a Bambu spool, any recommendation on a profile I can download or one of the other built-in profiles to use?

Have you tried generic petg. The settings of the generic profiles are set up to be compatible with most petg by increasing nozzle temperature slightly and reducing the speed.
The best profile will be the one that you create yourself after tweaking the settings.
