As someone who works on larger multipart projects, I’ve started running into a major organization problem inside Bambu Studio and the Bambu ecosystem.
Over time, I end up with:

multiple versions of the same model

slightly modified remixes
-
painted versions
-
scaled versions
-
support-tested versions
-
and files that no longer fit together because one part came from a different revision
I would love to see some kind of “Project Bucket List” or “Project Library” system added.
Some ideas that could help:

Save projects/models for later

Group related files into a single project collection

Mark a file as the “Master Project”

Add project notes (filament used, settings, scaling notes, etc.)

Track versions or revisions
-
Tag projects as:
-
Active
-
Archived
-
Printing
-
Completed
-
Test Prints
-

Warn users when opening duplicate/remixed versions of multipart models

Preserve linked multipart relationships between files
Right now, once you start creating larger projects or custom edits, organization becomes difficult very quickly. I think a lightweight project-management system inside Bambu Studio or MakerWorld would help a lot of users avoid confusion, wasted filament, and incompatible part versions.
Coming from a graphic design background, I find myself wishing for more asset-management and non-destructive workflow features similar to creative software.I know I can already create folders and subfolders on my computer, but I feel like a built-in system like this would help not only longtime members of the 3D printing community, but also people coming into the hobby for the first time.
As projects grow larger and more complex, it becomes very easy to lose track of original files, edited versions, painted versions, remixes, and multipart builds that may no longer work together. A more integrated project organization system inside Bambu Studio or MakerWorld could make the overall workflow much more approachable and user-friendly for everyone.
