The PTFE hose cannot be properly locked to the AMS - it is pushed out, and the filament builds a long loop outside the machine.
How is it locked into place?
That rubber is press fit. It has ridges that hold it in. Just push it back in until it’s seated and make sure the inside part meets the hard plastic part that has places to push on each side.
When you reset the PTFE tube it will be guided by that rubber part. Just make sure that when you insert the PTFE it goes into the hard plastic part, then give it a tug to be sure it’s inserted correctly.
