I keep getting an error that says purge bin may be full on a very large print I’m doing. It’s only petg in the left and support material in the right. Seems to happen when switching to support. The bin is completely empty.
I keep telling it to resume and it’ll be fine for a while and then happen again when I assume it swaps nozzles for support.
I didn’t find anything similar on the forums or on google.
Any ideas??

Yessir…01.01.04.00. I remember seeing that in the release notes but it seems to be happening to me again.
Interesting. I have not seen that behavior and I do quite a bit of multicolor printing. If your only use petg on one side, and support on the other, purging should be minimal.
Kinda my thought exactly. I do see weird stuff sometimes when using the support material (gets really stringy and lots of clumps) so I’m thinking the system is just misinterpreting. I don’t notice the problem with other materials.
This started happening to me after I had a model fail, crumble apart actually, when using PLA as interface support for PETG. The purge volume was too low and PLA was mixing with the PETG and the model crumbled apart when removing the supports. I increased the flush multiplier to 3 and the waste chute would backup touching the extruder setting off the sensor. After tuning the flush multiplier the warning went away.
This could also happen when flushing multicolor models needing high flush volume for color switches ie white/back, white/red etc.
