Purge problem

Purge problem

For a few days (week) I have been having a lot of problems with the purge evacuation at the excess chute. The evacuation does not always happen and causes excessive accumulation and which leads to a printing stop. I have 3 X1C printers and I have this same problem on all 3 printers. Am I the only one? Or if anyone else has this same problem, and how did you solve it, because support does not seem to have a solution to offer me?

Try a default print grom the machine like a benchy from. If this prints fine then you can exclude a hardware failure.
And check the flushing volumes.

Hello, everything prints correctly if I manually empty the purge receptacle, I have the impression that the head no longer hits the lever as before, the problem is present when I print in color! just one color does not cause a print failure, because only the first and last layer performs a purge

That’s not the issue. Normally there is a small piece of material that will deflect the plastic located in the front of the chute. Yours is missing that so the plastic is sticking to the chute.

Thank you very much BambuBanker I think you have probably just solved my problem, however, I have this problem on my 2 other printers which have this piece in place, however the problem is less present than on the latter, thank you very much for your support
