Question about Generic TPU

Hi. I bought some Ziro TPU to print a case for my phone. I dried it first then printed the case out but it is stringy as hell. How do I fix the settings so it doesn’t string? I used the generic TPU profile but it didn’t work.

It depends on what “stringy” means.

Please, provide a photo of the printed output so we can try and diagnose the issue for you.

I can’t upload the pic for some reason but believe me it was a sad mess.

Have you tried printing a temp tower designed for the temperature of your filament?

No,I have not. I just want to change the speed. The filament is on the external spool. Where do I find the settings in Bambu Lab?

Dry the filament. I have tried a lot of Ziro filament & love it, but I have not tried their TPU. I’ve been sticking with SainSmart.

With that said, use these settings as a start, adjust as needed.

I did dry it. And I cannot find the volumetric settings anywhere in the Bambu Lab slicer.

Sometimes you need to increase the retract length, I had the same issue with Bambu HF TPU. Try doubling the retract length in the filament 'Setting Overrides". If you get bad seams you have gone too far, I use around 1.5mm.
