Now do you have to purchase the laser printer in order to have the cutter & pen plotter or can I get away with the non laser printer & just buy the parts…?
I did talk to Bambu labs & they said I have to buy the laser.
They mentioned they will have both laser and cutter upgrades for the standard model eventually.
I see they have bunch of parts for the H2D I am thinking I could get away with it but bambu labs knows best but again bambu labs could just be saying that just to get the most money as possible.
They were briefly available as separate accessories directly on the store, but the module and birds eye camera got pulled recently - my guess is to fulfill the preorders. The tips and plates are still there though. Relatively confident you can upgrade eventually, but you may have to wait for the birdseye camera upgrade installation procedure to be finalized and the stuff put back on. In a way, CS was right though, if you want it now, you’ll need to buy the full set.
