So, I got a question concerning about CC licenses and all of that. So if I list my own models as a non-commercial share alike license, can I still sell my own models, given that they are MY models?
Long answer: As the owner of the copyright you don’t need a license to use your own IP.
Short answer: Yes.

Yes, you can sell your models. YOU are the author. YOU can do whatever.

Not unless you plan on suing yourself.
Which seems silly and all, but in a divorce intellectual rights could be considered marital property subject to division. If you continue to produce your models without having this hashed out and suddenly make a significant amount of money on it, your ex-spouse could sue for a share of those proceeds if this wasn’t settled previously. Probably nothing to worry about for most of us though.
