I’ve found you do NOT want to go over 35C for the bed temperature with PLA. The higher the temperature, the harder it is to remove.
At 45 C for a bed temp, brims were VERY difficult to remove. And the parts were stuck fairly hard to the surface. When the parts came off, the brims were left on the plate. Would hate to see what happens at 55C.
At 35 brims were only somewhat difficult to remove. Parts came off much easier.
I’d recommend sticking with 30-35 for PLA.
It does seem that using the Glacier will reduce the need for brims.
Still need to give it a try at room temperature.
