This may already a feature or is already possible and I don’t know it but I feel it would make maintenance easier if there were a one push option to raise the bed to the very top and to lower the bed to the very bottom (similar to the home option). I find myself pushing the Z axis 10 movement button on the printer so many times to move the bed across the lead screw to spread new grease and then have it bottom out and give that awful grinding noise.
I don’t know what platform you are on, but it would be a trivial (1 or 2 lines) bit of g-code that you could just save to memory and “print” when required.
The problem I have is that due to a “won’t fix” bug if the platform is near the bottom it will crash into the bottom on the next print startup, so I always do a few 10 ups when I see it close to hitting.

I never thought about that, I have an H2C BS on Win 11. I will look into it and see if that works. Thank you for the suggestion.
