Random toolhead scrapes?

Hey all,

Just noticing a random issue. It’s not every print, and typically only seems to happen when I send prints from the Bambu Handy app. But, sometimes it seems like the toolhead height isn’t correct or something, because the nozzle will scrape the print when moving to a new print zone.

What’s the story with this?

had the same essue. go and do a complete recalibration . worked for me

Check these screws they are known to come loose on the A series

This is a new unit and I’ve done the calibration a couple times, unless the calibration doesn’t work properly?

id check for sure even new units might not be tight
