This is the most strange issue I have so far, the print will just paused and continue by itself, repeatly, no error at all. temperature are good. what’s going on??
I uploaded the video here:

90 percent chance that it is a faulty sd card.
Update the firmware recently? Try downgrading.
Thanks. will try. I didn’t update recently I think.
I checked chatgpt, I am not printing from sd card, but using bambu studio. so the data shouldn’t be on sd card. should I remove that sd card? maybe it’s block for logs?
Chatgpt is wrong.
When you print from bambu studio all it is doing is downloading the gcode to the sd card. The data is always on the sd card.
Wait for the print to finish (if it can) before messing with the sd.
that make sense. i don’t think there is any other storage can hold that big of file. so what do I do now? It should tell me sd is bad, right? now it’s half printed. ![]()
Is the print still going? Even if it is pausing.
Thats a lot of wasted filament.
Before replacing the card you can always try reformatting it first. Although they are cheap and easy to replace anyways.
Yes, it’s still printing, after 10+ seconds wait, it doesn’t do any other action like there is an error. Just pause and go. the filament will built up a bit when it pause, but other than that, it’s still going normal.
I unplug the sd card, and it pause, I put it back in and resume and now it print fine. so it is the sd card issue.
It is also pausing there because you are removing its instructions.
Try holding the sd card down when it pauses. The socket might be loose, but that is less likely if you only print from studio
Yes, I understand if I unplug, it will pause. I move the card to a pc and tried to copy that gcode out, it just copy fine. and I put it back in and resume, seems to be fine now. might be connection issue. the sd card is original from bambu, hopefully quality is ok.
