Ratsnest in the AMS

I have not printed in the X1 for some months (been in Uganda). Today let it upgrade before started (I think my first PETG) print. When checking the (my experience flawless X1) print, the nozzle is parked and in the AMS there is a lot of filament not rewinded.
Anyone got the same experience?

downgrade to previous firmware and try again

Make sure you have a correct spool in the ams some of the plastic spools are to thin for the rollers to wind it up and cardboard spools shouldnt be used.

Update: Fourth time, I I pulled the filament half an inch back, pushed it back down and… the print resumed
