I write it with a laugh, but this year I had to make a lot of call back. Not just BL. It started with a cable that I ordered in Germany (Ebay) which arrived 3 months later. A Temu package that got lost a few meters from my house and that I never had. I got a refund. Then, a parcel from Amazon bought twice because one was caught up in the postal strike. Then another one from Amazon that was never delivered… after 2 months. And BL to finish. The period from October to December is unstable for online shopping. I will remember that.
I had an Amazon package containing filament and build plates, it was deemed lost by Amazon, got a credit and ordered again. Then 28 days later, the original package arrived, Amazon said keep it, no charge - Value just over $100 CAD.
In my case there was no issue with my Black Friday sale printer order, but given the shipping problems being reported I have a lot of doubt that Bambu will deliver filament shipments on time or with the correct items in the package.
This is already impacting my purchasing, Amazon now has some of my filament purchasing, but I am now talking to a Canadian supplier for future filament purchases.
I’m done with this insanity, honestly if they don’t sell through Amazon I’m done with Bambu, nice product if you can get it from them and Bambu is failing to communicate. Funny they didn’t fail taking a payment.
I thought the same thing. Ordered an AMS in February just canceled it the other day. Never shipped sitting at unfulfilled. They said it was on back order. Ok but then in my order was other items, filaments, parts and such, like why was that stuff shipped. CS had no response so I cancelled the order. Just crazy. Before I waited 3 weeks for filament only because I didn’t care. Was looking to get another few printers but I guess I won’t be now.
