Reason for surface defects?

Hello community,

I am currently printing the Ghostbusters trap: Ghostbusters Ghost Trap by Stag 3D - MakerWorld
On some plates, the print comes out of the printer with a very poor surface.
I have switched on top ironing in addition to the original settings of the model.

I am using the Basic PLA from Bambulab itself. The printer is a P1S with AMS in its original condition. Nozzle 0.4 not hardened.

I would be very grateful for any advice.

Welcome to the forum.

Your first image looks like very low percentage of infill is causing the top layer to deform. Up your infill percent and possibly add more top layers.

The second image looks like a oily (fingers prints) build plates that is causing adhesion issues that is carrying through to the top layer. Clean your build plates with dish soap and hot water.
